Thanks to the superior climate and soil, both Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz have developed their own unique character on this land, and become the representative grape variety of Australia.
The inspiration comes from International chess, we used white chess to symbolize Cabernet Sauvignon and black chess to symbolize Shiraz, and the different character: Knight, Queen and King to indicate different ranges.
As an icon range of Ace and King, King Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are the joint product by Pacific Vintners and Dustchke Wines in Barossa Valley, and all the grapes selected from the Dustchke’s vineyard located in Barossa Valley.
Wayne Dustchke is the chief winemaker and the owner of Dustchke Wines, his winemaking philosophy is showing the character of vineyard in wines, and the pursuit of quality make them stand in the class of Australian red five star winery.
Queen Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are selected from the iconic region in Australia- Barossa Valley. We picked grapes from different vineyards in Barossa Valley, blend them carefully and aim to make balanced, soft yet complicated with classic Barossa Valley Style.
Knight Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are selected from South Australia. These two wines deliver varietal character with beautiful fruity flavour. Besides, benefit from short maturation in oak barrel, the texture is softer and keeps the fruit character.
